Join us for a memorable evening featuring a one-of-a-kind dinner created by local chef David Cavalier.
David Cavalier is a multi-talented chef with over 25 years of experience working in the competitive restaurant industry ranging from fine dining to pizzerias and restaurant consultation. He has led successful teams in popular Charlotte and Lake Norman area restaurants including Fork, Kindred, Capishe, and Vana. Cavalier is highly creative in the kitchen and excels at team building and menu design. He now owns his own restaurant – the wildly popular Meadow’s Italiano located in Mooresville. Meadow’s Italiano opened in 2021 and has become a local favorite – pushing the wood-fire fresh, local concept in a new and creative way.
In preparing the evening’s menu, Cavalier has tapped into his culinary roots and creativity to take you on a culinary journey. David will bring a “scratch kitchen” technique to your dining experience by using rustic-style cooking. Expect to eat through a story of unique people, fun places, and delicious recreations of his past.

Presented family-style at tables of two, four, and six, your 6-course dinner includes ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. This exclusive pre-fixed dinner will be prepared over a wood-fired outdoor oven and grill. Due to the nature of this event, we are only able to accommodate changes due to allergy restrictions.

$135 per guest – Price for the table includes a welcome cocktail, all food, a cocktail or wine pairing with each course, and gratuity for each guest.
Cocktail hour begins at 5 pm
